First of all, my thanks for the work done in the office on Wednesday. I would be the first to criticise if a job is not up to specification expected but also I would be the first to complement when it’s done to a high standard. I have to say that both Ross and Jamie are a credit to your company and should both be told that the job they are doing is really excellent. Their work further confirmed my belief in the professionalism, competency and courtesy of JDES and you should all take a bow. Simple things like the cleaning and removal of waste might be a small thing but it’s the difference in the quality of the workmanship. The word “workmanship” is often used and rarely understood nowadays but it was more than evident from the work completed for us. The level of courtesy and cooperation extended to us was exemplary and a credit to both Ross and Jamie and to your company. No changes in the original specification were a problem and the advice given was extremely helpful in deciding on what needed to be done.
